Deal fees are charged when joining a specific syndicated deal.
There is no requirement to invest in any of the deals presented.
Allocation priority is offered to the largest checks.

What do I get as a syndicate participant?

If you are interested in a specific deal, you will get access to the investment memo, investment deck, and founders meeting session in either a live or recorded format. We will also host live sessions to address syndicate participants' questions.
