Late — Weather permitting, go up to Pico do Arieiro for a night under one of Europe's darkest skies, telescope pointed at the moon and the deep sky
Day 2, November 14 — The Island Day
08:00 — Breakfast
09:30 — Meet up
09:40 — Cable car up to Monte
10:00 — The gardens and the church at the top
11:00 — Down the way everyone eventually asks about — the wicker toboggan to Livramento, a Madeira institution — or back down by cable car for anyone who'd rather skip it
11:30 — On to Fort São Tiago
12:00 — Lunch near the fort
13:00 — Into a room booked inside the fort for a few unhurried hours — a facilitated circle with a view over the harbor, built around legacy and what gets carried forward
16:30 — Free time
19:30 — Dinner at an espetada restaurant to close the day
Late — Return to the hotel
Day 3, November 15 — The Trail
06:00 — For early risers, weather permitting: a departure to Pico do Arieiro to watch the sunrise above the clouds, back by 9
09:00 — Breakfast
10:30 — A levada walk to Vereda dos Balcões — a view over Pico Ruivo that's worth the trip on its own, no hiking experience needed
13:30 — Lunch
15:00 — A tasting at Blandy's Wine Lodge, Madeira's own take on the barrel
17:00 —Free time
19:00 — Farewell dinner as the sun goes down
Late — Return to the hotel
Day 4, November 16 — Slow Morning & Home
