Sponsorship Manager

Description

VNTR is seeking a Sponsorship Manager to lead the acquisition and closing of paying sponsors across VNTR’s global conferences and local chapter events.

This role owns sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline of aligned brands and institutions — and converting them into multi-event sponsorship agreements that create long-term value for both VNTR and our partners.

You will work closely with the Head of Conferences, and internal event leads to ensure sponsorships are integrated thoughtfully — enhancing the experience without compromising VNTR’s culture of discretion, trust, and quality.

This is not ad sales.

This is strategic sponsorship — partnering with brands and entities that belong in the room.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a global sponsorship pipeline for VNTR conferences
  • Identify and engage qualified sponsors aligned with VNTR’s audience (investors, family offices, private capital leaders)
  • Own the full sponsorship cycle: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Close multi-event sponsorship agreements, prioritizing long-term partnerships over one-off placements
  • Develop and tailor sponsorship packages
  • Ensure sponsorship deliverables are executed with quality, discretion, and brand alignment
  • Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline, deals, and revenue performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sponsorship strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • Build repeatable sponsorship playbooks and contribute to revenue forecasting
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or revenue-driven business development
  • Proven track record of closing paid sponsorships for conferences, events, or premium communities
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning revenue targets and negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Structured, proactive, and disciplined in pipeline management and follow-ups
  • Comfortable operating in a global, remote-first environment with multiple stakeholders
What we offer
  • Work within an international team building a high-trust, global capital club.
  • Exposure to senior leaders, investors, and decision-makers.
  • Clear ownership and responsibility in a critical operational role.
  • Flexible working conditions.
  • Full-time contractor role (paid via invoices).
  • Regular online team meetings and direct collaboration with leadership.
  • A focused, entrepreneurial environment where structure and precision matter.
