Sales and Partnerships Assistant

Description

A role for a structured, reliable operator who keeps the Club’s sales engine moving with precision.

The Sales Assistant is the operational backbone of VNTR Club’s membership and partnership pipeline.

You ensure the system moves with clarity: every lead is tracked, every partner conversation is followed up, and every opportunity flows with structure.

Your work frees senior leadership to focus on high-value dialogues, partner development, and closing aligned members into the circle.

This role requires quiet excellence — precision, discipline, and global awareness.

Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline & Member Journey

  • Maintain and update the CRM daily with 100% accuracy — leads, notes, next steps.
  • Ensure all sales actions are executed promptly: follow-ups, reminders, touchpoints.
  • Coordinate intro calls, qualification calls, and follow-up conversations.
  • Prepare and refine sales materials: decks, proposals, membership info.
  • Produce weekly pipeline and conversion reports.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements to optimize the membership journey.

You support the global partnership ecosystem with structure and consistency.

  • Maintain communication with partners across key regions (Portugal, UK, UAE, KSA, US, Singapore, LATAM).
  • Track all partner conversations, deliverables, and next steps in CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-up actions after meetings: sending materials, updating status, gathering information, scheduling next calls.
  • Prepare partner-specific briefs, documents, and reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for partnership activations when needed.
  • Keep senior leadership informed with concise updates on partnership progress and outstanding action points.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales support, operations, or admin (investment, tech, or membership-driven context is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — disciplined and structured.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
