Description

The Sales Admin ensures smooth and disciplined execution of VNTR Club’s sales pipeline by owning the operational, administrative, and reporting backbone of all lead activity.

This role exists to free up senior team members to focus on high-value conversations and closing — while you ensure that every lead is tracked, every action is followed up, and every membership journey is executed with precision and consistency.

As the engine room of VNTR Club’s sales operations, you will make sure nothing slips: no missed follow-ups, no broken handovers, no unclear status.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the CRM: log, track, and update all leads and sales activities with full accuracy.
  • Ensure every lead is followed up in a timely and consistent manner — no lead left behind.
  • Support sales execution by preparing and organizing decks, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate intro calls, discovery calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear visibility of each lead’s stage in the sales funnel.
  • Produce weekly reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and sales activity.
  • Identify gaps or friction in the sales process and flag improvements proactively.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles (membership, services, tech, or investment contexts are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with clear ownership.
