Global Role | Part-time Contractor | Growth Track within VNTR

VNTR is seeking a Partnerships Associate to help expand the VNTR’s global presence through strategic partnerships with leading conferences, investment forums, and high-signal industry players.

This role sits at the intersection of community, brand, and strategic growth. You will work closely with the Head of Community and Head of Conferences, ensuring VNTR is thoughtfully represented in the right rooms — alongside aligned partners who share our values of discretion, depth, and long-term thinking.

Your mandate is not volume.

It is calibre.

The goal is to build and close partnerships that position VNTR alongside respected global names in the investment and private capital ecosystem — through mutual value.

This is a global position with a clear path for growth within VNTR, suited for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research high-signal global conferences, forums, and investment events and players aligned with VNTR’s audience and positioning
  • Initiate and manage partnership conversations with event organizers and strategic partners
  • Own the partnership pipeline: outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
  • Work closely with the Head of Community and Chapter Directors to ensure partnerships support member value and community growth
  • Collaborate with the Head of Conferences to align partnerships with VNTR-hosted and co-hosted events
  • Coordinate partnership deliverables: visibility, access, speaking opportunities, curated introductions, or co-branded initiatives
  • Track partnership performance and maintain clear reporting on outreach, status, and outcomes
  • Support the long-term development of VNTR’s global partnerships strategy, refining criteria and playbooks over time
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, events, or strategic collaborations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple parallel conversations
  • Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with clear ownership
