A Strategic Relationship Builder for a Private Capital Circle

VNTR Club is seeking a Membership Growth Manager — a refined relationship architect with experience engaging High- and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, ideally from luxury sectors such as private real estate, private banking, wealth advisory, or premium membership environments.

This is not sales.

This is capital diplomacy — cultivating trust with individuals who move wealth with discretion, intention, and long-view responsibility.

You will build the relational fabric of VNTR in Portugal and across key European hubs, engaging with family offices, LPs, private company owners, and multi-generational wealth stewards. Your work shapes not just our member base, but the cultural presence of the Lisbon chapter as a reference point for quiet influence and private capital collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage aligned capital leaders: family office principals, LPs, exited founders, multi-asset investors, and HNWIs
  • Lead high-trust discovery conversations, exploring long-term vision, values, investment philosophy, and fit
  • Partner with trusted introducers, advisors, and current members to engage prospects through warm, discreet channels
  • Build relationships, not pipelines — prioritizing depth, alignment, and continuity
  • Manage the full membership journey from first touch to onboarding, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience
  • Represent VNTR at select investor circles, private dinners, capital forums, and Clubhouse gatherings
  • Contribute to the refinement of the member acquisition strategy across Portugal and other Chapters

Qualifications

Profile of Excellence — Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals, ideally in private wealth, luxury real estate, family office advisory, private banking, or premium memberships
  • A Capital Diplomat by nature — intelligent and peer-level
  • Based in the Greater Lisbon Area, with strong awareness of European private wealth circles
  • Balanced: intellectually rigorous yet socially effortless; confident without ego
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus) with refined, understated communication
  • Deep emotional intelligence and sensitivity to the nuances
  • Familiar with the private capital landscape: co-investment environments, family offices, multi-asset portfolios (as a Plus)
  • Self-directed, intentional, and comfortable operating in a high-trust, low-noise environment
  • Naturally discreet — you understand the language of privacy, reputation, and long-term alignment
