This is not a content scheduler role — it’s a growth and brand strategy seat.

You’ll be the driving force behind VNTR’s marketing direction: developing a clear growth strategy while also personally creating, posting, and optimizing content across all social channels.

Your work will shape how VNTR is perceived globally — from our digital presence to how our members experience the brand.

As the business evolves, this role can grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO position.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute VNTR’s marketing strategy — aligned with the VNTR’s vision, positioning, and business goals.
  • Lead social media direction:
    • Create, plan, and post content across our main platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn.
    • Manage calendars, tone, and storytelling flow for each channel.
    • Experiment with growth formats (video, carousels, highlights) while maintaining the VNTR aesthetic.
  • Develop and distribute the VNTR Newsletter — curating updates, insights, and upcoming events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visuals, copy, and messaging using VNTR’s brand platform and templates.
  • Coordinate with leadership on campaign direction and community engagement.
  • Track analytics and performance — report on reach, engagement, and conversions, with clear learnings and adjustments.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or social media strategy (luxury, investment, or community space is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage both strategy and daily execution — hands-on posting, analytics, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social growth, engagement metrics, and content performance tracking.
  • Excellent eye for design, tone, and detail — familiar with Canva or Figma.
  • Strong written English; clear, intelligent communication style.
  • Independent, reliable, and proactive in managing timelines.
