Junior Club Operations & Experience Assistant

Description

VNTR Club is a private global circle for capital leaders — investors, family offices, and capital allocators who operate with long-term responsibility and what we call the Quiet Ethic.

We design curated environments where capital moves with intention, conversations have depth, and relationships are built on trust rather than noise.

Behind every gathering — from investor dinners and breakfasts to structured roundtables and forums — there is precision, discretion, and care.

We are looking for a Junior Club Operations & Experience Assistant to work directly with the Head of Club Membership Experience.

This is an execution-focused role.

It is about making sure everything works — calmly, thoughtfully, and without friction.

Over time, the role can grow into a Club Experience Manager position.

Working hours aligned with European time zones.
