The Investor Relations & Syndicate Fellowship is a 3-month, hands-on program designed for professionals seeking a serious path into angel investing, syndicate leadership, or investor relations roles.
This is not a job and not a classroom course.
Fellows invest their own capital, evaluate real startup opportunities, participate in investment committees, make actual investment decisions, and syndicate capital from accredited investors—using best-in-class investor relations practices.

During the fellowship, you will:
- Invest your own capital into a multi-asset SPV investing in 5–10 vetted startups
- Review and discuss high-quality startup investment opportunities
- Participate in weekly investment committee meetings
- Learn and apply structured, disciplined deal evaluation frameworks
- Make real investment decisions alongside fellow investors
- Draft professional investment memos
- Present opportunities to accredited investors and syndicate capital
- Communicate with LPs and manage investor relationships
- Practice portfolio reporting and updates
- Learn how to manage and think about portfolios over time
By the end of the program, you will practice by doing:
- How to source and evaluate startup deals professionally
- How to make responsible investment decisions
- How to communicate with investors and build long-term trust
- How to operate professionally when managing other people’s capital
- How to think and act as a long-term investor
This fellowship is designed for professionals who:
- Want to transition into angel investing, syndicate leadership, or IR roles
- Have capital and are ready to invest USD 50,000+ into startups
- Are not seeking a salaried position
- Want to build a long-term career in investing or investor relations
- Can commit 20+ hours per week to deal review, decision-making, and capital syndication
This program is not suitable for those who:
- Are looking for a paid job or salary
- Do not have capital to invest
- Want theory, certificates, or passive learning
- Cannot commit time or take ownership of outcomes
- Are uncomfortable making real investment decisions
Duration: 3 months
Format: 2 live sessions per week + collaborative work in between
Time Commitment: 20+ hours per week
Investment Committees: 4 per month (12 total)
Investments: 5–10 investments into vetted startups
Cohort Size: 15–20 carefully selected fellows
Minimum Capital Invested: USD 50,000+ per fellow during the program + SPV administration fees
