Global Portfolio Manager — Member Acquisition & Concierge

Description

As Global Portfolio Manager — Member Acquisition & Concierge for the 2056 Club, you will own the complete journey of a portfolio of members, from the very first conversation through their successful integration into the Club.

Unlike traditional membership or sales roles, you will accompany members across the full lifecycle: identifying and welcoming exceptional new members, helping deliver the Club's flagship gatherings where relationships are formed, and serving as their dedicated concierge throughout their first year of membership.

Every new member you personally introduce to the Club becomes part of your portfolio. You will build trusted relationships, facilitate meaningful connections, anticipate members' needs, and ensure they experience the Club at its highest standard from day one.

Success is measured not only by memberships attracted, but by the strength of the relationships you cultivate, the quality of each member's experience, and the long-term engagement and retention of your portfolio.
