For our Special Events Team, we are looking for a highly organised events professional who will assist in the delivery of our headquarter offline events, under the supervision of the Special Events Director. In this role, you will be able to take ownership and manage the process of events delegated to you.
The role will work closely with Marketing, Back Office and Sponsorships, as well as with our Chapter Directors based globally, to manage the production of HQ events. This includes coordinating stakeholders in the logistical planning of the event, all whilst maintaining a high level of organisation and a keen eye to details.
