Community Manager

Description

The Community Manager at VNTR will support the growth, engagement, and operational excellence of our global Chapter network, as well as contribute to the growth and active engagement of the Community Plus Membership. This role works closely with the Head of Community, ensuring smooth communication, efficient event execution, and strong relationships across our circle of Chapter Directors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in community and event management within a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support engagement and communication within a global community of 50+ Chapter Directors across multiple regions
  • Build strong relationships with Chapter Directors and their teams, serving as the main operational point of contact for routine inquiries, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support chapter event logistics before, during, and after events, including coordination of event decks, presentations, agreements with sponsors and guest lists, and online support during live sessions
  • Standardize processes and resources for chapter managers across regions, ensuring consistency, clarity, and operational excellence
  • Support the hosting of online workshops for Chapter Directors and contribute to the development of materials for the online Chapter Director Fellowship Program
  • Support Community Plus Membership growth initiatives and drive engagement among Community Plus Members
  • Collect, organize, and publish sponsor information, partner assets, and marketing materials
  • Curate and manage VNTR community channels to drive engagement and alignment
  • Prepare and present event performance statistics and insights weekly
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, operations, events, or a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Comfortable working across various time zones
  • This role may require occasional work on weekends and public holidays to support business needs.
  • Experience with event platforms, CRM tools, or community management software is a plus
