2056 Club is a private global circle for exited founders, single family office principals, and leading private capital allocators who are shifting from accumulation to contribution — for themselves, their families, and the next three generations.
Anchored by its flagship private clubhouse in Portugal, 2056 Club serves as a home for global capital minds seeking trusted relationships, meaningful conversations, and long-term collaboration. It is a private, curated club where discretion, trust, and legacy come first.
The Clubhouse Managing Administrator is the on-site backbone of Clubhouse in Cascais — responsible for making sure the clubhouse runs flawlessly every day, whether that's a member dropping in to work, a Club-curated dinner for forty, or a private hire generating revenue for the Chapter.
This role owns three things end-to-end: events logistics execution, facility maintenance, and private hire sales and administration. It reports into the Head of the House Karina and is the day-to-day operating layer beneath the strategic oversight.
Success looks like: the House is always guest-ready, private hire enquiries are answered fast and convert at a healthy rate, and nothing about the physical space ever becomes the reason a member's or guest's experience falls short of the Club's standard.
📍 On-site position. This is not a remote or hybrid role. The Clubhouse Managing Administrator is required to be physically present at the Clubhouse, Cascais, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Given events and private hires can extend into evenings or weekends, some flexibility around these hours should be expected around confirmed bookings.
You're equally comfortable closing a private hire deal, walking a vendor through a maintenance fix, and running the floor during a forty-person dinner.
