Description

As Club Membership Sales Manager, your core responsibility is to drive the full membership sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying potential Club members within VNTR’s existing investor ecosystem, to building trust-based relationships and leading them through the decision process to a successful close.

You’ll be working exclusively with experienced venture investors — some may already be engaged with VNTR as Community members or guest speakers. Your role is to recognize who among them is the right fit for our curated Club, engage them thoughtfully, and guide them toward membership.

This is a strategic, high-touch sales role where emotional intelligence, empathy, and credibility are essential. You’ll collaborate closely with Chapter Directors and the Club & Community teams to deliver a seamless, relationship-led experience — turning qualified investor contacts into long-term VNTR Club members.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective members (private investors, LPs, VC/CVCs, family offices) through targeted outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations, clearly communicating the value of VNTR Club membership and customizing the pitch based on investor profile and objectives.
  • Own the full sales pipeline, tracking performance and nurturing leads through CRM tools and personal engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Club, Community and Marketing teams to leverage VNTR’s global activities for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Help iterate and improve the sales process based on feedback, data, and changing market dynamics.
  • Actively represent VNTR at in-person and online events, building visibility and trust within the investor community.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in sales or business development, ideally in venture capital, financial services, private investor networks, or high-end membership models.
  • Naturally persuasive and relationship-oriented: you build trust quickly and understand what motivates sophisticated investors.
  • Familiarity with investor personas: LPs, VCs, CVCs, family offices, angel investors, syndicates.
  • Strong presentation and English communication skills; professional and articulate in investor-facing conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM and a data-driven mindset to manage and improve sales processes.
  • Proactive and autonomous with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities.
  • Passion for venture capital, startups, and global innovation ecosystems.
  • Experience in remote, international environments is a strong plus.

Ideally, you should be based in Europe to align with our HQ team and time zones between America and Asia.
