VNTR Capital Executive Assistant

VNTR Capital is an investment syndicate, and global investors community focused on investments into fast-growing startups — www.vntr.vc.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for VNTR Capital investment partners. You should be well-organized and comfortable with scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the executive. You should also be able to draft documents and help the executives with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Own and proactively manage a complex, changing, high-volume calendar across multiple time-zones
- Conference/Zoom room scheduling and organization, including presentation support
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
- Ensure seamless flow of the day-to-day activities and manage all related components
- Proactively and strategically coordinate internal and external meetings
- Work collaboratively with VNTR Capital colleagues across the firm
- Create and implement processes and systems to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes
- Event management backup support
- Drafting emails and handling business communications
- Interface with investors, sponsors, and partners
- Online research and data collection using spreadsheets and other collaboration tools
- Reporting and analysis
- Work with Partners to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Other administrative tasks and projects
- Timely responsiveness outside of "regular" business hours
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity, experience, confidence, and presence to work with all levels of the firm, including external counterparts
- A trustworthy individual who is able to manage confidential and sensitive matters
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, no task too big or too small
- Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
- Ability to think independently and provide creative solutions
- High EQ with an ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations
- Excellent capability in the use of communication tools
- Proficient in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office suite, LinkedIn
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required.
