VNTR Capital Sales Development Representative

VNTR Capital is an investment syndicate, and global investors community focused on investments into fast-growing startups — www.vntr.vc.
Sales Development Representative will work with VNTR Capital Managing Partners and Partners on recruiting investors to participate in Events, join VNTR Community and VNTR Syndicate.
Responsibilities
Prospecting investors and partner companies to join VNTR events and syndicated deals
Draft outreach plans and messaging sequences
Identify investors by cold calling, emails, and social media messaging
Conduct intro calls for leads to show the benefits of VNTR Capital
Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding VNTR Community and Syndicate
Schedule online meetings for the Managing Partners and Partners
Keep a detailed log of investor interests and investment stages
Follow up with prospective investors and partners
Manage CRM database
Daily performance reports to Managing Partners
Qualifications
1+ years of SDR experience
Track record of high performance, exceeding vital metrics and activity targets
High level of emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to obtain the necessary information from the prospect while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
Organized with good time management skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Strong database management skills are necessary
Positive attitude, no task too big or too small
Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required.
