We are looking for an Events and Sponsorship Intern who would be supporting the Head of Events and Head of Sponsorship roles. The Intern will be supervised and guided by the team members on tasks and goals VNTR events globally / VNTR Sponsorship

Responsibilities

Events

• Prepare a list of the biggest conferences and categorize them by industry, location, and number of attendees.
• Manage logistics and event venues.
• Assist with hiring personnel (e.g., hostesses, photographers, etc.).
• Create marketing collateral for the events.
• Manage social media and online promotion for events

Sponsorship

• Prepare sales documents
• Support our sales process (prospecting and outreach)
• Conduct industry analysis
• Prepare sponsorship offers for specific industries

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience and effective customer service skills.
• Experience or keen interest in Event Management and Project Management is a plus.
• Passionate individual who is willing to immerse him/herself in their work.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills which enable him/her to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently under pressure.
• Understanding of building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
• Distributed team management.
• Some experience as an event/project manager.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required.
